Police has started wide investigations:
It is just only two months ago since the demise of Sathya Sri Sai Baba. Now a great amount of suspicion has risen with regard to his assets and money. It is to be widely investigated by the Andra Pradesh police. This suspicion had arisen after a vehicle was apprehended with a sun of Rs 850 lakhs.The explanation given was that this sum belonged to the past pupils of Sai Baba and the money was taken to build a huge memorable statue in his memory.
After which the Police searched Sai Baba’s Trust Foundation, when they found a sum of over rs 600 lakhs,98 K.G Gold 307 KG Silver. There was no written proof how these were accumulated. Police is due to further investigate how these assets got accumulated. When he lived his devotees flocked in their thousands and the manner they rewarded him with cash and assets is a subject that need to be found. The Andra Pradesh Police has added that they have only been able to find only just a part of his assets and they would reveal about his entire assets after wide investigations.
